Biography
Elad Shaviv is a senior energy and technology executive with a unique combination of utility leadership, global technology-market experience, venture-building capability and international smart-energy thought leadership.

He has led international business for a national power utility (IEC), held senior EMEA leadership roles at Cisco Systems, founded and scaled innovation-oriented ventures and industry platforms, and advised global corporate investment and market-entry activities in the energy and technology sectors. As co-founder and CEO of EnergyCom, the Israeli energy innovation platform, chair of the global smart-grid innovation forum, a member of smart cities and microgrids standards committees, and European research and policy advisory groups, Elad has helped shape industry dialogue across utilities, technology providers, regulators, investors and public-sector stakeholders.
